Terms of Service

Last updated: September 24, 2026

By playing ballparkd games or creating an account, you agree to these terms.

Accounts

• Accounts are optional. You're responsible for activity on your account.
• You must be at least 13 to create an account.
• Usernames must not be offensive, impersonate others, or contain personal information. We may change or remove usernames that break this rule.

Fair play

Don't cheat, exploit bugs, submit fake scores, or interfere with the games or other players. We may remove scores, reset in-game currency, or close accounts that do.

Coins and gems

In-game coins and gems have no real-world value, can't be exchanged for money, and may be adjusted or reset (for example, to fix bugs or balance the games).

The games

The games and their content belong to ballparkd. They're provided "as is", without warranties. We may change, pause, or discontinue any game or feature at any time, and we aren't liable for lost progress or damages from using the games, to the extent the law allows.

Ending your account

You can ask us to delete your account anytime at support@ballparkd.lol.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continuing to play after changes means you accept them.
